Media Relations 101: We Are Storytellers

Travellers are overwhelmed with information, whether it’s from traditional media such as newspapers, magazines, radio and television or new media including the internet and social media like Facebook or Twitter. The trick is to find ways to stand out from all the noise.
We will look at how to find and package stories about your operation or destination; include tips on how to pitch stories, build relationships with travel journalists and sample checklists to help you build your media relations toolbox.
