This workshop will give you a clearer understanding of who your customers are and what they look for when they’re making travel decisions. Using the Explorer Quotient® (EQ) segmentation tool developed by the Canadian Tourism Commission, garner insights into why and how different people make their travel choices, and which EQ segment is your best customer.

Now that you know who your best customer is, you’re ready to look at the products you offer and imagine ways you can make small or significant changes that will make your product even more appealing – giving you the potential for increased sales and greater customer advocacy. Then, learn what’s involved in turning your product into a remarkable experience.

Part Three: Marketing Experiences To Your Best Customer - Monday, April 25 9:00am - 1:00pm
When you know who your best customer is and what they want in a vacation experience, it’s easier to position your business as the right choice. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to communicate with words and images to increase the likelihood that your marketing messages will be read, retained and acted on. You’ll also find out which media channels your best customers prefer. This workshop will help you take a targeted approach and maximize your marketing activities. 
Must have completed part one and two prior to attending this session.
