ARE YOU INTERESTED IN FINDING AND KEEPING YOUR BEST CUSTOMERS?

You can use the EQ intelligence to better understand your current and prospective customers. This can then enrich your tourism product development, marketing and sales activities. Simply put, EQ can help you to transform a world of explorers into some of your best customers.

Part One: Say Hello To Your Best Customer - Tuesday, January 12
This workshop will give you a clearer understanding of who your customers are and what they look for when they’re making travel decisions. Using the Explorer Quotient® (EQ) segmentation tool developed by the Canadian Tourism Commission, garner insights into why and how different people make their travel choices, and which EQ segment is your best customer.
This workshop is the first in a three-part series and is a pre-requisite for part two.

Part Two: Building Experiences For Your Best Customer - Tuesday, January 19
Now that you know who your best customer is, you’re ready to look at the products you offer and imagine ways you can make small or significant changes that will make your product even more appealing – giving you the potential for increased sales and greater customer advocacy. Then, learn what’s involved in turning your product into a remarkable experience.
This workshop is the second in a three-part series and is a pre-requisite for part three.
