Travel Alberta invites you and your team of destination marketers to an advanced, hands-on working session on the topics you identified as most important to the success of your destination.
Each topic includes relevant case studies and best practices from DMOs similar to yours such as Vancouver, San Diego, Newport Beach, Charlotte, Arlington and Chicago. Combined with in-session training, customized templates and roundtable discussions, this two-day session will help you: 
  • Build or improve your research-based marketing/sales and/or business plan for successful execution
  • Formulate an intelligence-based tourism destination brand strategy and promise to guide more influential creative and market messaging
  • Prepare a partner-based DMO advocacy and stakeholders strategy and plan leading to stronger community and visitor industry support
Plus, each registered DMO can receive up to three hours of personal and confidential advice at no cost from the course moderator (to be completed by June 30th, 2016).
